Frequently Asked Questions About The Academy
Q: How do I access The Academy after I subscribe?
A: Log in to The Academy using your username and password you selected when you created your account. You should be able to access all courses in The Academy instantly. We will be adding more courses each month, so do make sure you check back frequently.
Q: How long do I have to access the materials?
A: When you join The Academy, if you have purchased our Lifetime Access option then you have access to The Academy content forever. If you purchased a monthly subscription then you have access to The Academy content as long as your subscription is active.
Q: I purchased access to The Academy, can I share it with a friend?
A: No, that would be unethical. Encourage your friend to join us as a member and participate in our community!
Q: I have technical problems!
A: Go to our Support Desk page and create a new support ticket. We will be in touch within 24 hours. If the support desk is not working for some reason you can email the team at info@SmartHealthyWomenAcademy.com. You can also connect with me via the Private Facebook Community.
Q: In what language are the classes?
A: The classes are in English and there are transcripts of all of the videos.
Q: How do I participate in the Smart Healthy Women Academy community?
Your membership entitles you to join our Private Facebook Group for Academy members of Smart Healthy Women Academy. If you have questions, comments or suggestions then you are encouraged to join the group and get support there, or if you just want to say hi then I’d love that too! Once your access has been granted be sure to turn the group’s Notifications to ‘On’. You’ll find this option underneath the group page cover photo.
